B |   为保障参保人待遇，规划中首项民生实事提出多项举措：落实持居住证参加基本医疗保险政策；鼓励支持灵活就业人员、新就业形态人员参加职工基本医疗保险，明晰用工方和平台企业缴费责任，加强权益保障等。

C |   协同改革，让老百姓就医用药更安心。  规划把深化医药服务改革摆在突出位置：统筹规范医保目录管理、深化支付方式改革、推进医疗服务价格改革、支持医药创新高质量发展等。

F | 　　药价差异“线上查”——完善应用比价工具，实现药品价格线上一键查询、实时对比以及购药位置导航等功能，持续优化医保药品云平台。

G | 　　异地就医更贴心——对临时外出就医人员，完善差异化的报销政策，推进异地就医费用纳入本地同质化管理，扩大异地直接结算险种范围，开展生育医疗相关费用异地直接结算试点，全面实现职工基本医保个人账户跨省共济费用清算。
